The night of July 7 is known for a popular summer event called “Tanabata” in Japan. Please celebrate this special evening with us while enjoying the delicious meals, lovely bamboo trees which will be decorated with colorful wish strips, and Bon odori which is a traditional Japanese summer dance! | 7:00 PM ～ 8:30 PM |

*All the Congress participants are welcome to write one’s wishes on a colorful paper strip. Please make your wish strip at the lobby on July 6 (the day before the Reception). Your wish strip will be hung on bamboo trees on the special day called “Tanabata”.

A cancellation is possible until May 31, 2017 (Japan Time) with the full amount
refund.
No refunds will be made for cancellation after June 1st, 2017 (Japan Time).
